Tikship is a SaaS boilerplate platform that provides developers and teams with pre-built infrastructure, components, and tooling to accelerate product development. Our services include authentication, payment integration, content management, user management, and related features.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@tikship.top.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our explicit written consent.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

The Tikship platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Tikship and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Content you create or upload using the service remains your property. By using the service you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tikship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@tikship.top.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material changes take effect by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
